Exciting Projects: GBRA partners with Williams Scotsman

Every so often, our underwriters will stumble upon a news story that has nothing to do with current projects that we’re funding, but that piques our interest.

This current one from the Seguin Gazette caught one underwriter’s eye, since she always has a weakness for portable buildings.

Faced with a shortage of office space, the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority is in negotiations with modular building provider, Williams Scotsman, to install a temporary office building for housing additional workers.
